Over time, I've created various building designs and developed strong business practices. Even though I understand design and construction, I make sure to sketch because it's a forgotten skill that clients truly value. Sketching is our first way of working together and it's a tool we'll lose if we don't keep nurturing this ability. I'm not the best in sketching but I am trying.
